Making better food choices seems to be the easiest by far since it does not require you to give up solid food and live on liquids. Rather, it is exactly what it says: you will be making better food choices daily as you move away from your existing diet to one that will be progressively healthier.
Keep in mind, you will be learning how to make better food choices, not necessarily perfect food choices. For one person, making a better choice may mean switching to plain potato chips to avoid all the preservatives in their favorite sour cream and onion chips. For someone else, it might mean exchanging sandwiches for salads at lunch to reduce their intake of high cholesterol, nitrate processed sandwich meat.
Remember, the goal of this detox is that each small change -- adding new foods, eliminating unhealthy foods, finding new restaurants, and adopting new Lifestyle habits -- will slowly make a big difference in your overall preventative health.
